マールボロで生まれた葡萄を自然酵母で発酵し、自由な発想とナチュラルなアプローチによりマールボロワインのスタイルに新たな可能性を拓くべく、挑戦的なワイン造りを追求しています。まずは抜栓しその香りと味わいを自身の体で体感して欲しいワイン。
