また、24時間経過しても注文確認メールが届かない場合は、注文が完了していない可能性があります。その場合は当ショップまでご連絡ください。

【配達について】
全国へ配送致します。
商品ごとに異なるお届け先の指定はお受けできません。お手数ではございますが、お届け先ごとのご注文をお願いいたします。
離島・一部地域は追加送料がかかる場合があります。予めご了承ください。

【納期について】
商品在庫がある場合は、4営業日以内に発送させていただきます。

返品について

商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに、注文と違ったものが送られていないか確認して下さい。
お客様の都合による返品は、取扱商品が食品であるという特性上、一切お受けいたしておりません。

商品管理及び発送には細心の注意を払っておりますが、お届けした商品が万一ご注文されたものと違う場合や、破損していた場合は送料当店負担にてお取替えさせていただきます。
商品到着時にご不明の点がございましたら、到着後１週間以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

1週間以上過ぎました商品につきましては、返金・返品のご相談はいたしかねますので、ご了承下さい。
(商品発送後、お客様のご都合により商品のお受取りができなかった場合も含む)

クール便のご指定が無い場合の液漏れや変質など熱による劣化・変質の責は負えませんので、ご了承願います。
